Apr. 19, 2013

Since 1974, the Interalpin has been presenting the latest and most innovative trends and product highlights of the winter industry. With 21,600 visitors from around 70 nations the Interalpin 2013 truly enjoyed a "stampede" of visitors for its 20th anniversary.

Kässbohrer Geländefahrzeug AG was once more at the centre of this strong increase in visitor numbers. The world market leader is a pioneer in the development of environmentally-friendly PistenBully. Kässbohrer underlined its innovative strength and technology leadership at the Interalpin 2013 with the PistenBully E+, the PistenBully DualFuel and the PistenBully 100 with SCR engine. The economical but still powerful SCR engines score with reduced consumption and fewer emissions - and with a full performance boost! Kässbohrer Geländefahrzeug AG is producing its PistenBully as of now with Tier 4i-certified engines, which comply with the latest emission regulations.

Visitors were particularly interested in the PistenBully E+, the first snow groomer with diesel-electric drive in mountain use worldwide. Following Engadin St. Moritz Mountains and Imbergbahn in Steibis, Zermatt Bergbahn AG has now chosen this innovative PistenBully. In addition, Kässbohrer Geländefahrzeug AG took a lot of orders for the PistenBully E+at the Interalpin 2013.

Visitors were given lots of information about new features in the areas of SNOWsat, used vehicles with a focus on PistenBully select servicing and the Bye-Bye Bonus, spare parts, but also on Eco-SnowDrive training and leasing options.

We were thrilled to welcome so many visitors and hope they all heard about our latest news while at the exhibition. If you were not able to make it to Innsbruck for the event you can view our short exhibition video on YouTube or take a look at www.interalpin.tv.
