Veolia Korea agreed to acquire remaining 49% stake in Veolia ES & KC EcoCycle Co., Ltd. from KC Green Holdings Co., Ltd. (KOSE:A009440) for KRW 1.3 billion on May 27, 2015. KC Green Holdings Co., Ltd. will sell 0.48 million shares. The contract date is May 28, 2015. Board of Directors of KC Green Holdings Co., Ltd. made a resolution in favor of the transaction on May 27, 2015. The scheduled date of sales is May 28, 2015.
