An affiliate of Opal Holdings agreed to acquire Class A office park comprised of six four-story building from KBS Real Estate Investment Trust II, Inc. for $320 million on October 22, 2019. An affiliate of Opal Holdings completed the acquisition of Class A office park comprised of six four-story building from KBS Real Estate Investment Trust II, Inc. for approximately $310 million on January 22, 2020. KBS Real Estate Investment Trust II, Inc. repaid $136.1 million of the outstanding principal balance due under its portfolio loan facility and the Campus Drive Buildings were released as collateral from the Portfolio Loan Facility. Jeffrey Dunne and Jeremy Neuer of CBRE represented KBS and procured buyer as well. Bruce Fischer, Howard Chu, and Steven Fleissig of Greenberg Traurig, LLP acted as legal advisor for KBS.
