KBC Corporation, Ltd. (SHSE:688598) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to CNY 100 million worth of its shares. The repurchase price will not more than CNY 300 per share. Shares repurchased will be used for ESOP or equity incentives. If the shares are not used for those within 36 months from the completion of the repurchase, the shares will be cancelled. The program will be valid for a period of 3 months.
On July 12, 2023, the company announced that after the 2022 equity distribution, the company adjusted the maximum repurchase price from not more than CNY 300 per share to not more than CNY 202.53 per share.
KBC Corporation Ltd is a company mainly engaged in the research, development, production and sales of carbon matrix composite materials. The Company's primary products are single-crystal pulling furnace hot zone series products, including crucibles, reflectors, shields, heaters and fasteners.
