News Total Gross Revenue grows 16% and Gross revenue from Services grows 14% in 2014 (the guidance was met)

Mogi das Cruzes, January 29, 2015 - JSL (BM&FBOVESPA: JSLG3 and OTC: JSLGY) presents its preliminary and unaudited gross revenue figures for 4Q14 and 2014. Unless otherwise indicated, comparisons refer to the figures reported in 4Q13, 3Q14 and 2013. The Company is disclosing its gross revenue, although the figures are subject to possible change.

2014 revenue highlights:

• Record total gross revenue¹ of R$6.079 billion, 16% up over 2013, which shows the resiliency of the Company's growth despite an adverse economic scenario in Brazil;
• Record gross revenue from services of R$4.172 billion, which includes JSL and Movida, 14% up over 2013, meeting the guidance announced at the beginning of 2014;
• Sale of assets of R$691 million, an upturn of 67% in relation to 2013, composed of R$501 million in usual sales (+21%) and R$190 million in sales of assets with management.

It is worth emphasizing that the Company remains focused on the provision of services (originally performed by JSL Logística and now expanded with the rent a car service through Movida), and the dealer network has an independent and important complementarity operation for the business, which reinforces the capillarity of the asset sale channels, further distinguishing JSL in asset turnover, contributing to boost the competitiveness, and strengthening JSL's positioning in the market. Following are the individuals results.
