JMT Network Services Public Company Limited Appoints Somsak Athisaitrakul as Independent Director and as A Member of the Audit Committee

The Board of Directors of JMT Network Services Public Company Limited resolved to approve appointment of Mr. Somsak Athisaitrakul to be an independent director and a member of the Audit Committee in replacement of the retired director, at its board meeting held on August 11, 2016.
