The board of Jingwei Textile Machinery Company Limited announced that Mr. Zuo Yan An, independent non-executive Director of the company, has tendered his resignation from the positions of independent non-executive Director, and accordingly chairman of the personnel nomination and remuneration committee, member of the audit committee and member of the strategy committee with immediate effect.
