Pursuant to applicable provisions of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as amended from time to time, we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on today i.e. 23rd January, 2023, inter-alia, considered and approved:
The Un-audited consolidated and standalone financial results for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December, 2022. A copy of duly signed Un-audited financial results along with limited review report thereon issued by M/s Kanodia Sanyal & Associates, Statutory Auditors of the Company, are enclosed.
Appointment of Mr. Narayan Ramaswamy as Chief Executive Officer and a Key Managerial Personnel of the Company w.e.f. 23rd January, 2023. The requisite details in terms of SEBI Regulations are attached herewith.
The meeting of the Board of Directors commenced at 03:00 p.m. and concluded at 05:15 p.m.

Jindal Drilling and Industries Limited is engaged in providing services to entities involved in exploration of oil and gas. The Company operates through Drilling and related services segment. The Company offers various services, such as offshore drilling, directional/horizontal drilling, measurement while drilling (MWD) services and mud logging services. It offers various types of offshore rigs, such as drilling barges, jack-up rigs, submersible rigs, semi-submersible rigs and drill ships. It owns approximately 10 ready sets of MWD tools, over 80 steerable downhole mud motors, approximately 20 jars and about 90 non-magnetic drill collars. The MWD is a technology used to determine the position of the well by measuring the real time parameters, such as direction, inclination and tool face. The Company operates approximately six Jack-up Rigs, namely Jindal Explorer, Jindal Pioneer, Discovery I, Jindal Star, Virtue I and Jindal Supreme.
