Jingdezhen Black Cat No. 2 Partnership Enterprise (Limited Partnership) agreed to acquire 5% stake in Liaoning Black Cat Composite New Materials Technology Co., Ltd. from Jiangxi Black Cat Carbon Black Inc.,Ltd (SZSE:002068) on April 25, 2024. Liaoning Black Cat Composite New Materials Technology reported total assets of CNY 595,702,131,800, net assets of CNY 592,494,375,000, operating income of CNY -10,007,500,000 and net income of CNY -7,505,625,000 as at December 31, 2023.

Th transaction has been approved by board of Jiangxi Black Cat Carbon Black and is subject to shareholders approval.
