JHM DEVELOPMENT S.A. Mirbud S.A. (WSE:MRB) made an offer to acquire the remaining 13.7% stake in JHM Development S.A. (WSE:JHM) for PLN 15.2 million on April 19, 2019. Mirbud S.A., will acquire JHM Development S.A., at PLN 1.60 per share. Under the deal, Mirbud S.A., intends to increase share capital via two new share issues priced at PLN 1.08 per share.
Mirbud S.A., intends to delist JHM Development S.A. Mirbud S.A., already has 86.3% stake. The deadline for accepting offers is July 5, 2019. The transaction is expected to complete by the end of 2019.
