By re electing 9 directors (including 4 independent directors), the term of
office of the newly elected directors.
The term of office is three years from June 15, 2022 to June 14, 2025.

1.Approved of the amendment of the Company's "Procedures for Acquiring
and Disposing of Assets".
2.Approved of the set the "Procedure of Financial Derivative
Transactions".
3.Approved of Release of the Newly Elected Directors and their
Representatives from Non-Competition Restrictions.
