The Board of directors of J. B. Chemicals & Pharmaceuticals Limited, at its meeting held on October 1, 2021, has appointed Mr. Lakshay Kataria as Chief Financial Officer of the Company with effect from October 4, 2021. Lakshay Kataria, 42, is a Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountant of India and Commerce graduate from Sri Ram College of Commerce, Delhi University. He has around 2 decades of experience across Finance and Commercial roles including CFO, business partnering, finance controllership, investor relations, & commercial excellence. His previous employment was with Akzo Nobel India Ltd. as CFO and Whole time Director.
J. B. Chemicals & Pharmaceuticals Limited is an India-based pharmaceutical company. The Company is engaged in the business of manufacturing and marketing of diverse range of pharmaceutical formulations, herbal remedies and active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs). Its therapeutic categories include gastroenterology, hypertension, diabetes, dermatology, nephrology, wound care, anti-infectives and pharmacovigilance.
