The AMF has announced that the compulsory buyout of Itesoft shares will take place on June 4, at a price net of expenses of four euros per share, and will concern 213,369 shares representing 3.48% of the company's capital and at most 2.41% of its voting rights.

As a reminder, at the close of the public buyout offer initiated by Iteman on May 16, Iteman and the other members of the concert group held 5,920,459 Itesoft shares, representing 96.52% of the capital and at least 97.59% of the voting rights.
