The board of directors (the "Board") of ITE (Holdings) Limited (the "Company") hereby announces that with effect from 30 March 2017, the name of Company's principal share registrar and transfer office in Cayman Islands was changed from Codan Trust Company (Cayman) Limited to Conyers Trust Company (Cayman) Limited.

The address of the Company's principal share registrar and transfer office in the Cayman Islands remains unchanged.
