UPDATE ON SERVICE-RELATED DISPUTE WITH A DOCTOR

The Board of Directors (the "Directors") of ISEC Healthcare Ltd. (the "Company", or collectively with its subsidiaries, the "Group") refers to the announcements on 22 December 2020 and 11 May 2021 ("Announcements") in relation to a service-related dispute with a doctor previously providing services (the "Doctor") to ISEC Sdn. Bhd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company ("ISEC Malaysia").

Further to the Announcements, the Company wishes to update that the matter has been referred to the Industrial Court for determination.

The Company will make the necessary announcements in compliance with Listing Manual Section B: Rules of Catalist, as and when there are further material developments.

Shareholders and potential investors are advised to exercise caution in trading the shares of the Company.
