IRB InvIT Fund announced unaudited consolidated and standalone earnings results for the third quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2020. For the quarter, on consolidated basis, the company reported total income and gains of INR 3,325.978 million compared to INR 3,300.709 million a year ago. Profit for the period was INR 579.592 million compared to INR 568.064 million a year ago.
For the nine months, on consolidated basis, the company reported total income and gains of INR 8,269.144 million compared to INR 9,543.409 million a year ago. Profit for the period was INR 1,309.125 million compared to INR 1,300.453 million a year ago.
For the quarter, on standalone basis, the company reported total income and gains of INR 1,459.468 million compared to INR 1,504.725 million a year ago. Profit for the period was INR 1,153.172 million compared to INR 1,157.751 million a year ago.
For the nine months, on standalone basis, the company reported total income and gains of INR 4,403.289 million compared to INR 4,540.116 million a year ago. Profit for the period was INR 3,449.299 million compared to INR 3,482.944 million a year ago.
IRB InvIT Fund is an India-based infrastructure investment trust. The Trust owns, operates and maintains a portfolio of toll road concessions. The Company manages six operational road assets in the states of Maharashtra, Rajasthan, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Gujarat and Punjab.
