IPC Corporation Ltd. announced the resignation of Mr. Lien Kait Long as an Independent Director of the Company to focus on other work commitments. Mr. Lien will accordingly relinquish his position as Lead Independent Director, Chairman of the Audit Committee and a member of the Remuneration Committee and Nominating Committee respectively.
