Forcepoint LLC entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Garrison Technology Limited from IP Group Plc (LSE:IPO) on June 12, 2024. A cash consideration will be paid by Forcepoint LLC. The transaction is subject to regulatory review and customary closing conditions and is expected to close this summer.
Citigroup Inc. acted as financial advisor to Forcepoint LLC. Piper Sandler Ltd. acted as financial advisor to Garrison Technology Limited.
