Investore Property Limited (NZSE:IPL) entered into an unconditional agreement to acquire Existing supermarket and convenience retail property in Petone for $37.3 million on May 10, 2021. Investore Property Limited will fund the acquisition through its available debt facilities. The transaction is expected to complete on May 21, 2021.
