TRANSFER OF LISTING FROM SGX CATALIST TO SGX MAINBOARD - CESSATION OF APPOINTMENT OF SPONSOR

Unless otherwise defined, all capitalised terms used in this announcement shall bear the same meanings as ascribed to them in the announcement dated 18 October

2012 and the circular to shareholders of the Company dated 12 December 2012.

The Board of Directors of Interra Resources Limited (the "Company") refers to its announcements dated 18 October 2012 and 7 January 2013 as well as to the circular to shareholders of the Company dated 12 December 2012 in relation to the Transfer of Listing from SGX Catalist to SGX Mainboard (the "Transfer Listing").
With the Transfer Listing taking effect on 10 January 2013, Canaccord Genuity Singapore Pte. Ltd. will cease to be the Company's sponsor upon the effective date of the Transfer Listing.
The Board would like to take this opportunity to express its appreciation to Canaccord Genuity Singapore Pte. Ltd. for its past guidance and support on listing and compliance matters.
