CHANGES IN COMPOSITION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS AND BOARD COMMITTEES

The Board of Directors (the "Board") of Interra Resources Limited (the "Company") wishes to announce that Mr Sandiaga Salahuddin Uno has retired as the Deputy Chairman of the Board and a non-executive director of the Company with effect from 28 April 2016, after the annual general meeting of the Company held on the same date. Following the retirement of Mr Sandiaga Salahuddin Uno, he will cease to be a member of the Audit Committee, the Nominating Committee and the Remuneration Committee.

Following the above changes, the new composition of the Board and Board committees of the Company are as follows:
