FATO RELEVANTE

INTERNATIONAL MEAL COMPANY ALIMENTAÇÃO S.A. (B3: MEAL3)

("Companhia"), em continuidade aos Fatos Relevantes divulgados em 19 e 26 de janeiro e 28 de fevereiro de 2021, informa que, na data de hoje, o Tribunal Arbitral emitiu ordem processual acolhendo o pedido conjunto da Companhia, dos Garantidores e da Kentucky Fried Chicken International Holdings LLC ("KFC") para suspensão do procedimento arbitral requerido pela KFC em face da Companhia e dos Garantidores, cujo escopo envolve divergências acerca do contrato de master franquia firmado pelas partes.

A suspensão foi solicitada para que as partes negociem, de comum acordo, uma solução para o conflito em questão. O procedimento arbitral ficará suspenso até o dia 14 de maio de 2022, sendo possível prorrogação por adicionais 30 dias.

A Companhia informará sobre eventuais desdobramentos relevantes relacionados ao tema, observado o sigilo imposto no procedimento arbitral.

INTERNATIONAL MEAL COMPANY ALIMENTAÇÃO S.A. (B3: MEAL3) ("Company"), in continuity with the Material Facts disclosed on January 19 and 26 and February 28, 2021, informs that, on today's date, the Arbitral Tribunal issued a procedural order accepting the joint request of the Company, the Guarantors and Kentucky Fried Chicken International Holdings LLC ("KFC") for suspension of the arbitration procedure required by KFC against the Company and the Guarantors, whose scope involves disagreements about the master franchise agreement entered into by the parties.

The suspension was requested for the parties to negotiate, by mutual agreement, a solution to the conflict in question. The arbitration procedure will be suspended until May 14, 2022, with a possible extension for an additional 30 days.

The Company will inform about any relevant developments related to the topic, observing the confidentiality imposed in the arbitration procedure.
