Ice Group has announced the appointment of Erik Haugland as its head of security from 01 October. Haugland will join Ice from the role of head of the national security centre (NCSC) at Norway's National Security Authority (NSM). He previously gained several years' management experience in counter-terrorism, counter-espionage, was chief of staff at the Police Security Service (PST), and held leadership roles within the Armed Forces.
