ISA placed bonds for COP 400 billion in the local market, corresponding to subseries C6 and C15 of the Sixteenth Tranche of ISA's Program for the Issuance and Placement of Internal Public Debt Securities.

The total amount subscribed amounted to COP 999,821 million with an oversubscription of 3.33 times (calculated on the amount offered).

The placement was made through the Colombian Stock Exchange, under the Dutch auction mechanism. The placement agents were BTG Pactual S.A., Credicorp Capital Colombia S.A. and Valores Bancolombia S.A.

Fitch Ratings Colombia, reflecting the company's low business risk profile.

It should be noted that the Program's issuances are fully dematerialized, which means that their custody and administration is in charge of the Colombian Central Securities Depository (DECEVAL S.A.). Itaú Fiduciaria Colombia S.A. acts as legal representative of the holders.
