On April 23, 2018, Ryan J. Morris delivered a letter to InfuSystem Holdings Inc. nominating a slate of 6 director candidates, Mohamed Alkady, Daniel Balda, Bryan Boches, Aron English, Richard Linder, and Asha Saxena, for election to the Board at the Company’s 2018 annual meeting of stockholders. In addition, Ryan J. Morris stated that he remains prepared to engage in a constructive dialogue with the Company regarding his objectives.
