ANNOUNCEMENT

Further to the announcement made by Infrastructure Commoditites (Mauritius) Ltd (Administrator Appointed) ('ICML' or the 'Company') on 7 April 2022, with regards to the appointment of Mr. Shareef Ramjan (FCCA) of SRA Partners as Administrator of the Company and the extension obtained till 6 June 2022 to complete and file the audited accounts for the year ended 31 December 2020, 31 December 2021 and the quarterly reports for the period ending 31 March 2021, 30 June 2021, 30 September 2021 and 31 December 2021 respectively (the 'Relevant Accounts') and approval has been obtained from the SEM for the requested extension to file the Relevant Accounts by the 6 June 2022. , the administrator has appealed for an additional extension.

In light of the administration evolution, inquisitions were made in reference to the accounts of the Company which remained pending from the team who were working on the audit queries. We are also in the process of negotiating with funding company and a draft proposal for repayment of creditors is under negotiation.

We are yet to obtain a concrete solution and we are also contemplating to request a further extension of conducting the watershed meeting not before mid-December 2022.

In that respect, the Administrator appealed for an additional extension till 30 July 2022 for the filing of the accounts for the year ended 31 December 2020 and the quarterly reports for the period ending 31 March 2021, 30 June 2021, 30 September 2021 and 31 December 2021 respectively and approval has been obtained from the SEM for the requested extension to file the audited financials of the Company together with the remaining quarterly accounts by 30 July 2022.
