Information and Communication Networks Public Company Limited approved the appointment of Ms. Patnarin Maliwal as a new director in replacement of the director who resigned the position effective from November 6, 2018, at its board meeting held on November 6, 2018. The newly appointed director shall have the term only as the remaining term of her replacement director.
