With a decision of the Supervisory and Managing Boards of Industrial Holding Bulgaria, Georgi Yanchev Momtchilov by his own request, resigned from his position as a member of the Managing Board, and Chief Executive and representative of the Company. He is replaced by Emiliyan Emilov Abadgiev . The company is represented jointly and severally by Daneta Angelova Zheleva, Chief Executive Officer and Emiliyan Emilov Abadgiev, Chief Executive. The decision is subject to entry in the Commercial Register in the Registry Agency.

Mr. Abadgiev will take over the duties related to machine building business of Industrial Holding Bulgaria. He is appointed as a Chief Executive of ZMM Bulgaria Holding.

He graduated from the German gymnasium and studied international relations, PhD. Diplomat, he worked in the Bulgarian Mission to NATO in Brussels, as well as in the Bulgarian Mission to the European Union in Brussels and as a Head of Departments "Europe and North America" and "European integration" in the Foreign Ministry. From 1998 he was appointed as a Director General of "Metro Bulgaria". He has taken positions as a Member of the Board of Directors of Metro Cash and Carry International and as a Regional Manager of Metro Cash and Carry for East Europe. Chairman of the Association for the modern trade, Member of the Board of Directors of CEIBG and the Board of Directors of the German-Bulgarian Chamber of Industry.
