The Company’s main objectives are the production, trade, service and investment towards: Energy related sectors, such as oil and gas, offshore, oil service, transport and Raw Material based sectors such as minerals and aquaculture, hereunder participation in activities with these objectives and in businesses with related objectives. In addition the Company trades and invests in financial instruments regardless of line of business. Its subsidiaries are: Heavy Minerals Limited, which invests in mineral companies and Petroresources Cyprus Ltd, which holds licenses for oil exploration.
