Income Financial Trust declared its monthly distribution of $0.07992 per unit. The distribution is payable February 8, 2019 to unit holders on record as at January 31, 2019. Under the distribution policy announced on November 18, 2013, the monthly distribution is determined by applying a 10.00% annualized rate on the volume weighted average market price (VWAP) of Income Finanical's units over the last 3 trading days of the preceding month. As a result, holders of record on January 31, 2019 will receive a dividend of $0.07992 per unit based on the VWAP of $9.59 payable on February 8, 2019.
Income Financial Trust (the Trust) is a Canada-based investment trust fund that invests in a diversified portfolio. The Trustâs investment objective is to provide unitholders with a stable stream of monthly distributions by investing in a diversified portfolio consisting primarily of common shares issued by corporations whose shares are included in the S&P/TSX Capped Financials Index, the S&P 500 Financials Index or the S&P MidCap 400 Financials Index. The Trustâs objective is also to provide tax-effective monthly distributions targeted to be 10% annualized, based on the volume-weighted average market price of the units for the last three trading days of the preceding month.
