RETIREMENT OF NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR, NATHAN LEMAN

Cashwerkz Limited (ABN: 42 010 653 862) (Company) today wishes to inform shareholders non- executive director, Nathan Leman will retire from the Board after its Annual General Meeting on

4 December 2020.

Nathan Leman has been with Cashwerkz Limited since November 2010. In that time, Mr Leman has seen significant Board renewal, in particular the Trustees Australia Limited and Cashwerkz Technology Pty Ltd merger, which has brought additional skills and experience appropriate to the changing environment within the financial services sector.

John Nantes, Executive Chairman said "On behalf of the Board and management team, I want to thank Nathan for his significant contribution and service to the Cashwerkz Group over the last 10 years. Nathan's support to the Board and counsel provided to the Company throughout its growth journey has been invaluable. Nathan contributed enormously by taking responsibility for the design and implementation of corporate infrastructure including IT projects for the Cashwerkz Group as well as participating as a member of compliance and risk committees. It has been a pleasure to work alongside Nathan".

Nathan said: "It has been a privilege to serve the company over the past 10 years. I am delighted with the company's growth and evolution with John Nantes as Chairman. During his tenure in this position he has demonstrated a broad range of skills relevant to financial services. This includes having an informed view with regards to innovation and the disruption of traditional business models, as well as bringing a contemporary focus to governance processes within the Group.

I am confident that John will continue to work well with the Board, CEO Jon Lechte, and the senior management team to take this company to the next level of performance to create long-term value for all our stakeholders."

The board would like to thank Nathan for his contribution to Cashwerkz throughout his association with the group and wish him well in his future endeavours.
