VOLUNTARY ANNOUNCEMENT:

BUSINESS UPDATE IN RELATION TO ESPORTS BUSINESS

This announcement is made by Imperium Group Global Holdings Limited (the "Company", together with its subsidiaries, the "Group") on a voluntary basis. The purpose of this announcement is to keep the shareholders of the Company and potential investors informed of the latest business developments of the esports business carried on by the Group.

The board (the "Board") of directors (the "Directors") of the Company is pleased to announce that NVXQF team, an esports team owned by Nova eSports International Limited, a subsidiary of the Company, won the champion of the weekly final of the third week of PEL 2021 S1 season, with the prize of RMB1,000,000. PEL 2021 S1 is an official professional esport contest organised by Tencent Games and VSPN.

In addition, the PEL professional esport league annual launch announcement was held on 11 March 2021. The Marketing Director of Tencent Interactive Entertainment Group and the Co-Chairman of the PEL Alliance released a brand new scope for the international tournaments and disclosed that the total prizes for the year will be amounting to approximately RMB200,000,000, doubling the amount of prize money last year and reaching a new level for the professional tournaments. They indicated that the purpose for raising the prize money was to encourage more intense competition in this type strategic tournaments.
