The acquisition and issuance of new shares will be announced today
(8/3) by Nikkei Taiwan Stock Exchange Co., Ltd. The letter of Taiwan
Zhengshang Erzi No.1111702334 was declared effective, and September 1, 2022
was the delivery benchmark date.
