Independence Group NL ('IGO' or the 'Company') wishes to advise that Tony Walsh has resigned as Company Secretary and General Manager Corporate effective 9 October 2015 to pursue another company secretarial opportunity and Ms Joanne McDonald has been appointed as Company Secretary.
The IGO Board and Management would like to thank Mr Walsh for his service since July 2013. Tony has ably assisted IGO during this time and, in particular, during the recent Sirius Acquisition Scheme. IGO wishes Tony well in his future endeavours.
IGO welcomes Joanne McDonald to the IGO Management team. Joanne is a qualified Chartered Secretary with over 12 years' experience working for listed companies in Australia and in the UK. Joanne was until recently Assistant Company Secretary with Paladin Energy Ltd. During Joanne's eight years at Paladin, she also held the role of Company Secretary of Summit Resources Ltd.
IGO's Chief Financial Officer, Scott Steinkrug, will continue as Joint Company Secretary.
