APPOINTMENTS TO THE EXECUTIVE BOARD OF ID LOGISTICS

ID Logistics, leading Group in contract logistics in France and abroad, is changing its executive board and announcing the appointments of three of its members to new positions, effective from July 1st, 2024.

Laurent Nicastro is appointed Group Executive Vice President in charge of Digital and Technology

Laurent Nicastro oversees the creation of a new department composed of an expanded IT department, so that the Group can respond to the new challenges of cybersecurity, digital transition, artificial intelligence and changes towards new technologies. It reports directly to Christophe Satin, Deputy Chief Executive Officer of ID Logistics Group.

Laurent Nicastro, 53, is a graduate of the University of Panthéon Sorbonne and holds a Master degree in Logistics Management and Transport Engineering from the University of Science and Technology of Lille. He began his career in 1997 at Hays Logistique (now Kuehne & Nagel) where he successively held the positions of Logistics Site Director, Project Director and then Managing Director of the Belgian subsidiary. He then spent ten years at Castorama as Logistics Director France and then Supply Chain, IT and Organization Director. In 2017, he joined ID Logistics Group as Deputy Managing Director in charge of operations.

Emmanuel Vexlard is appointed Group Executive Vice President in charge of Operations

Emmanuel Vexlard takes over as Group Chief Operating Officer. He will support the country's Chief Executive Officers on operational excellence in the service of customers, in line with the Group's values. It reports directly to Christophe Satin, Deputy Chief Executive Officer of ID Logistics Group.

Emmanuel Vexlard, 51, is a graduate of Kedge Business School. He began his career in 1996 at Habitat as Logistics and Transport Manager, then joined the Taiwanese subsidiary of GEODIS Group in 1999 as Transport Manager. From 2000 to 2005, he was appointed Director of Transport and Supply Purchasing for Solvay Group (formerly Rhodia). In 2005, he joined ID Logistics Group where he successively held the positions of Director of Operations and Contract Manager, then took over the Group's IT Department in 2011. In 2017, he was appointed Managing Director of ID Logistics France.

Frédéric Grenier is appointed Managing Director of ID Logistics France

Frédéric Grenier has been appointed Managing Director for ID Logistics' France. His mission will be to create and drive a solid growth dynamic for France, with commercial development. It reports directly to Christophe Satin, Deputy Chief Executive Officer of the ID Logistics Group.

Frédéric Grenier, 49, is a graduate of Kedge Business School. He began his career in 2000 at GEODIS in South America (Mexico and Argentina) as a Design and Methods Engineer. He joined ID Logistics Group when it was created in 2001. With more than 20 years of experience at ID Logistics, Frédéric Grenier has actively participated in the Group's development, both in France and internationally, in positions such as R&D Director and Group Business Development Director. For the past 3 years, he has also been in charge of leading the R&D and Business Development teams in the Group's various countries, as well as leading the teams in charge of the development of international strategic accounts.
