ICICI Lombard General Insurance Company Limited approved declaration and payment of interim dividend of INR 5.0 per equity share i.e. at the
rate of 50.0% of face value of INR 10 each, for the financial year ended March 31, 2024. The interim dividend will be paid to the equity shareholders of the Company, whose names appear in the Register of Members of the Company or in the records of Depositories as beneficial owners of the shares as on the Record date that is, October 27, 2023. The Interim Dividend will be paid to the equity shareholders of the Company on or before November 10, 2023.
