(1).In accordance with the Article 161-2 of the ��Company Act��, for the
shares to be issued by a company, the issuing company may be exempted
from printing any share certificate for the shares issued, and shall
register the issued shares with a centralized securities depositary
enterprise.
(2).Rakuten International Commercial Bank (hereinafter ��the Bank��) has been
gotten the approval of Taipei Exchange for public issuance on October 18,
2021 and the Board of Directors of the Bank has approved the resolution of
issuing the stock by book-entry registration on November 18, 2021.
(3).The Bank has issued a total of 1,000,000,000 shares as of December 15,
2021.
(4).The benchmark date and relevant schedule for issuing the stock by
book-entry registration:
i. Last transfer date of old stock: December 17, 2021
ii.Closing period for old stock transfer: From December 18, 2021 to
December 22, 2021.
iii.The benchmark date for stock transferring to book-entry registration:
December 22, 2021.
iv.The issuing date for stock book-entry regiatration: January 12, 2022.
