An unknown buyer signed a share transfer contract to acquire 3.23% stake in I-Freek Mobile Inc. (JASDAQ:3845) from MYN Co., Ltd. on January 22, 2016. Under the terms of the transaction, MYN Co., Ltd. will sell 0.38 million shares, representing 3.23% stake, reducing the stake held from 1.22 million shares to 0.84 million shares. Pot acquisition, MYN will own 7.15% stake in I-Freek Mobile.
The transaction is expected to complete on January 25, 2016.
