Hunters Property : expands with new London and North Manchester branches

Hunters, one of the country's leading estate agents and franchise groups, has announced the launch of two additional franchise branches in Tower Bridge, London and Middleton, North Manchester, reflecting confidence and an appetite for growth despite challenging market conditions.

Hunters Tower Bridge will be located on 55 Royal Mint Street in Aldgate, moments from the City of London, Tower Hill and Aldgate Stations, as well as the River Thames. The branch will be led by director Vakas Akhtar and will provide a full suite of sales and lettings services across the local area plus periphery postcodes including Canary Wharf, Isle of Dogs, Shadwell, Wapping, Bermondsey, Poplar and Millwall.

Hunters North Manchester is a conversion based in Middleton, which has been operating since July 2016, led by director Paul Lawson-Martin. Located on 58 Long Street, Middleton, it will provide a full range of sales & lettings services across the Middleton, Blackley, Heywood, Prestwich and Castleton areas, as well as surrounding periphery postcodes.

Hunters operates over 200 branches in the U.K, with almost 130 of those joining the group in the last five years alone. Hunters opened its first office in York in 1992 and today has branches in a number of key regions across the UK, with services covering residential sales, lettings, auctions, buy-to-let investment, land and new homes, franchising and other property related services.
