Human Holdings Co., Ltd. (TSE:2415) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to 550,100 shares, representing 5.06% of its share capital, for ¥502.79 million. The company has set ¥914 as repurchase price per share.
The purpose of the program is to enable the execution of a flexible capital policy that responds to changes in the business environment. The program will expire on October 10, 2023. As of September 8, 2023, the company had 10,877,999 shares in issue (excluding treasury stock) and 109,201 shares in treasury.
