The board of directors of Huishang Bank Corporation Limited announced that, due to job re-allocation, Mr. Qian Dongsheng, a non-executive director of the Bank, resigned as a non-executive director, member of the Strategic Development and Consumer Rights Protection Committee, member of the Audit Committee and member of the Risk Management Committee on May 16, 2022. His resignation takes immediate effect.
