Hudson reported the planned stepping down of Chief Executive Officer Roger Fordyce after more than 30 years of service with the company, the last three as CEO. Jordi Martin-Consuegra, who currently serves as Hudson's Executive Vice President, Chief Administrative Officer, and Deputy Chief Executive Officer, will be named Chief Executive Officer upon Fordyce's retirement. Martin-Consuegra, who has over 25 years of business experience, has been with Hudson and Dufry for 15 years. Upon Martin-Consuegra's appointment as Hudson Chief Executive Officer on July 1, Brian Quinn will assume the role of Deputy Chief Executive Officer. Quinn, who has been with Hudson for over 30 years, currently serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, and is responsible for the operational performance of Hudson's stores across North America.
