Shanghai Youzhou Trading Partnership Enterprise (Limited Partnership) signed an agreement to acquire 5.99% stake in Hubei Forbon Technology Co.,Ltd. (SZSE:300387) from Northland Chemicals Investment Limited for approximately CNY 120 million on April 3, 2019. Under the terms, 17.3 million shares will be acquired at CNY 7.19 per share. Upon completion, Northland Chemicals Investment Limited's stake in Hubei Forbon Technology Co.,Ltd. will decrease from 12.9% to 6.9%.

Hubei Forbon Technology Co.,Ltd is a China-based company principally engaged in the provision of fertilizer additives products, the complete technical services and the overall solution of automatic control systems of refined additives. The Company's main products are fertilizer additives, including anti-caking agents, multi-purpose package agents, granulation improver, phosphate rock flotation agents, sustained release materials and other energy saving additives. The Company distributes its products in domestic market and to overseas markets.
