Kam Sang Co., Inc. agreed to acquire JW Marriott Desert Springs Resort and Spa from Host Hotels & Resorts, Inc. (NYSE:HST) on June 2, 2017. David Meckler of LATHAM & WATKINS LLP acted as legal advisor to Host Hotels & Resorts, Inc. (NYSE:HST). Kam Sang Co., Inc. agreed to acquire JW Marriott Desert Springs Resort and Spa from Host Hotels & Resorts, Inc. (NYSE:HST) on June 11,2017.
