Horizon Bancorp, Inc. announced earnings results for the fourth quarter ended December 31, 2019. For the fourth quarter, the company announced net interest income was USD 41.519 million compared to USD 33.836 million a year ago. Net income was USD 18.543 million compared to USD 13.133 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share was USD 0.41 compared to USD 0.34 a year ago. For the full year, net interest income was USD 160.791 million compared to USD 134.569 million a year ago. Net income was USD 66.538 million compared to USD 53.117 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share was USD 1.53 compared to USD 1.39 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share was USD 1.53 compared to USD 1.38 a year ago.
