Hootech Inc is a China-based company mainly engaged in the research and development, production, sales and service of precious metal recycling and related products. The Company mainly operates through three segments: Precious Metal Recycling, Precious Metal-based New Materials and Trading. Precious Metal Recycling segment mainly recovers precious metals such as platinum, palladium, rhodium, silver and other products from secondary resources such as waste catalysts containing precious metals. Precious Metal-based New Materials segment further processes precious metals and other materials into new materials, such as platinum dichloride, palladium dichloride, and high-purity ammonium rhenate. Trading segment provides customers with integrated services such as purchasing, transportation, and testing. The Company mainly conducts business in the domestic market.
