(Stock Code: 2322) CLARIFICATION ANNOUNCEMENT

Reference is made to the announcement of Noble Century Investment Holdings Limited (the "Company") dated 19 April 2017 (the "Announcement"). Terms used herein shall have the same meanings as those defined in the Announcement unless otherwise stated.

The Board noted that there was an inadvertent error in the Announcement with regards to the biographical details of Ms. Wang. In particular, the inadvertent error is in the Announcement, where it was stated as "Ms. Wang was the deputy general manager of corporate banking department of Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Beijing Municipal Branch from 2001 to 2006. Ms. Wang was the vice president of Bank of Communications Beijing Municipal Branch from 2008 to 2013 and a director of Bank of Communications Financial Leasing Co., Ltd. from 2010 to 2012."

The Board wish to clarify and confirm that the correct statement should be "Ms. Wang was the deputy general manager of corporate banking department of Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Beijing Municipal Branch from 2005 to 2006. Ms. Wang was the vice president of Bank of Communications Beijing Municipal Branch from 2010 to 2013 and a director of Bank of Communications Financial Leasing Co., Ltd. from 2010 to 2012."

Save for the aforesaid, all other information contained in the Announcement are correct and remain unchanged.
