Hong Fok Corp. Ltd. announced the appointment of Mr. Chow Yew Hon as Independent Non-Executive Director, chairman of the Nominating Committee and the Remuneration Committee and member of the Audit and Risk Management Committee, with effect from April 1, 2013. Mr. Chow was an Executive Director/Deputy Chief Executive & Head, Corporate Banking at United Overseas Bank, Hong Kong Branch from 2002 up to March 2013.

Up to 1 February 2013, he was a director of UOB Nominees (2006) H.K. Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of United Overseas Bank Limited.
