Honeywell Automation India Limited Approves Final Dividend for the Year Ended March 31, 2018 and Approves the Appointment of Brian Buffington as A Director

Honeywell Automation India Limited announced that at its annual general meeting held on August 6, 2018, approved the final dividend of INR 32 (320%) per equity share for the year ended March 31, 2018.

The company also approved the appointment of Mr. Brian Buffington as a director of the company.
