An unknown buyer acquired an unknown majority in Hollywall Development Company, LLC from Hollywall Entertainment, Inc. (OTCPK:HWAL) on April 11, 2023. In conjunction with the transaction, Darnell Sutton has stepped away from his positions as an officer and director of Hollywall Entertainment, Inc. to continue in his role as Hollywall Development Company's President and Chief Executive Officer.
